It all started in my kitchen, in 1995, when I put all my passion and creativity into developing my first chocolate figurines. I brought my wares round to several local shops in Ghent by bike, innocently and honestly.
I made chocolate with respect for nature and respect for human health.
Today, we still work according to the same philosophy as I did when operating out of my small kitchen. In fact, the size of the kitchen is the only thing that has changed! We carefully select the best ingredients from all over the world and melt these together with the purest cocoa.
